The hotel is made up of two properties, Park I and Park II, both located directly on the sea. There is a beach about 10 minutes away by foot, a few moorings directly in front of the hotel, additional moorings in the Punat marina approximately 500 m from the hotel, a boat landing place directly in front of the hotel. For the elderly and invalids: handicapped access to the sea.
